Billing and cancellations
For a direct Stripe subscription, open My account and choose Manage billing. For a refund of your first monthly payment or direct lifetime purchase, email support within 30 days with your receipt reference. See our terms and refund policy.

To request access, an export, correction, or deletion of your personal data, email us from your account address. We may need to verify ownership. To report misleading or infringing content, include the public badge URL and explain the issue.
