Terms of service
Effective September 8, 2026. PledgeBadge is provided by XT3 LLC, Michigan, United States. These terms describe your use of the service and purchases made directly from us. AppSumo purchases also follow the offer and refund terms on AppSumo.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have authority to publish content for any organization you represent.
The operator owns the claim
Each account holder is responsible for the accuracy, legality, logos, links, causes, amounts, and wording they publish. They may not describe a badge as audited, verified, certified, or tax advice.
No donation service
PledgeBadge does not receive, route, match, refund, or receipt charitable donations. External cause and match links leave this service.
Free, monthly and lifetime Pro
Free includes 1 badge for 1 brand, Community, website embeds and a linked PledgeBadge watermark. Monthly Pro costs $9 USD per month and renews until canceled through Manage billing. Monthly includes the same Pro features during the paid period. Lifetime Pro costs $199 USD once and includes unlimited badges, multiple brands, all 6 designs and an optional watermark for one account. Lifetime means the life of the PledgeBadge service and includes updates to these features. It does not include future separate products or services. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
AppSumo purchases
AppSumo processes marketplace purchases under the offer and refund terms shown on its listing. Redeem your unique code at pledgebadge.com/appsumo. One code activates one account; codes do not stack or transfer between accounts. Request marketplace refunds through AppSumo. A refunded or revoked code no longer grants Pro.
Subscriptions and refunds
Existing Stripe subscriptions continue on their current schedule until canceled. Use the Stripe billing portal for renewal and cancellation details, or contact support before switching to lifetime. For purchases made directly through Stripe, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first monthly payment or lifetime purchase by emailing support with your account email and receipt reference. Monthly renewal payments are nonrefundable except where required by law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not itself request a refund. AppSumo purchases follow the separate AppSumo refund policy. If all paid access ends, Free keeps your oldest published badge live with Community and the watermark. Additional badges and brand variants pause; saved settings and giving history remain intact. Another valid purchase preserves Pro. You can unpublish a badge at any time.
Abuse
We may unpublish deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. An embedding site can hide or replace any iframe, so the badge is not proof that a host page displays it honestly.

Your content
You retain ownership of your content and authorize us to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service according to your publishing choices. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use. Private receipt images are not displayed in public badges.
Changes and your rights
We will update the effective date when these terms change and provide notice when required. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
