How does monthly work?

Pro is $9 USD per month and renews until canceled. Cancel through Manage billing in My account; access continues through your paid period. Monthly and lifetime include the same Pro features.

What does lifetime include?

One payment gives one account the Pro features listed above for the life of PledgeBadge, including updates to those features. There is no renewal charge. Future separate products or services are not included.

What if I already have a subscription?

Your existing plan continues on its current schedule. Contact support before switching to lifetime so you do not pay for overlapping plans.

Can I request a refund?

Your first monthly payment or direct lifetime purchase is eligible for a full refund when requested within 30 days. Monthly renewals are nonrefundable except where required by law. Contact support to request a refund. AppSumo purchases follow the separate AppSumo policy.

What happens after a refund?

If no other paid access remains, your oldest published badge stays live on Free with Community and the watermark. Additional badges and brands pause. Your giving history and saved settings stay intact.

Can I keep the watermark on Pro?

Yes. Turn on “Show the PledgeBadge watermark” in your badge’s Style settings and save.

Did you buy on AppSumo?

Redeem your AppSumo code after creating or signing into your PledgeBadge account. You will not need a credit card or another payment. One code activates one account; codes do not stack.

Do you process donations?

No. You record your giving; receipts remain private. Contributions are self-reported.
